The Working environment at EMC Insurance Company seems to be quite pleasant and refreshing. If the company does well then the staffs receive holiday bonuses and pay outs. Some of the co-staffs don’t seem to be quite nice. Employees have reviewed about the other staffs being quite unprofessional. They don’t seem to be taking their jobs seriously which shows that they aren’t quite talented and experienced for such jobs.

Employees seem to be pretty much happy with the pays that they are getting. The company also provides several other benefits and facilities to its staffs that would help themselves on their personal development. The Management of the company wasn’t quite matured however. And some days there might be lots of work to do, and some days there might not be any works to do all. It’s quite fluctuating.
