The staffs of the company seem to ignore the phone calls of the clients most of the time. They instead give trouble to their clients while filing a claim. People seem to have reviewed regarding this topic telling that the company gives an absolute zero care about the client’s money and keeps on delaying their proposed claim. Not only they care about the client’s money but some of the staffs were even found to be rude towards the customers.
Some of them have reviewed about the flaws present in Acceptance Insurance’s official website because of which they had to face a lot of problems and the company did nothing for that. They were forced to pay the reinstatement fee due to the error present in the website as they were not able to right check marks to make their payment.
