1. First of all you need to go to  https://my.shcc.ufl.edu/waiver/
2. Go to your Gatorlink then fill up username and password
3. Click green button at the botttom of that corresponding page as add a new waiver
4. You are given a certain question you simply need to follow it and click submit.
5. Then again you are asked certain information of the plans and the coverage that you want to make and click on the orange button.
6. Finally your application is on a pending mode check out after 3-4 days for the verification status.
                  These are the things that you can apply for your UF insurance waiver.

UF insurance need to be completed by every student if the student dont complete or do not apply for the UF insurance waiver then they are sent to sponsored plan as per which additional charge will be added in the student's account.

                      Prerequisites for UF insurance waiver ::

The basic requirement for UF insurance waiver is that the student must have passed some of the basic test among below.
Measles/Mumps/Rubella
Hepatitis B+
Meningococcal
For international students the tuberculosis screening is also needed.
