The company comprises of some great employers. There is a provision of free gym access to the employers which is found to have been utilized even during the lunch time.

Employees are not satisfied  Due to recent loss of the president which has led the environment as well as energy of the company to go down and leadership is nowhere to be seen.

The company has a flexible working schedule. Employees have complaints regarding various office politics and also about the health benefits which keeps on changing to the absolute lowest cost provider.Products offered are solid. Employees are facilitated with remote working from home ,comprising great hardware.

Employees have complaints regarding use of outdated technology as being the major factor in inefficient use of work time. Software must be upgraded time and again so as to expand support staffs. They have even issues on low salary and Temporary office time.

Employees with significant experience in the insurance field are hired. Unlimited PTO with restrictions is provided. Employees receive good bonus and ESOP bonuses even during the mid years.

Even if several units are doing very well the company comprises of lots of politics in it. In other words it seems to have more managers than workers. Thus there is no enough opportunity to advance as the employees live with perpetual fear of layoffs.

The company's middle management seems to have almost all non degreed with limited knowledge from what they have learnt in the job itself. There seems to be contempt for others with Higher Learning or professional designation in their field. Even if the upper management has intellect needed they are unable to exert orders and the middle and the upper management are somewhat opposite with each other.

Employees have seem to like the cafeteria. Many coworkers seem to be very nice with each other. Vacation are paid . Also this company can provide a great pay, if time is taken to negotiate.

Even if the company does not show any pros at the beginning of employee's work there is nothing to get worried as the things will change in the mean course of time or just within the quarter, due to the constant change in Direction and Management.

Thus far the company seems to have equal positive as well as negative reviews. Positive in the sense that the company comprises a lots of great and talented employees with further great visions. However on the other side the company doesn't seem to have a good rating that is 2.7 stars and management also seems to be quite unstable.
